Refund Policy

Eligibility Window

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on our course packages, effective from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, you must not have accessed or completed more than 25% of the total course content. This policy applies only to the initial purchase of a course and not to any subsequent upgrades, mentorship sessions, or custom services which are non-refundable once commenced.

Request Process

To request a refund, you must contact our support team via email at info@fashionbrandsuccess.com within the 14-day eligibility window. Please include your full name, the email address used for enrollment, and the reason for your request. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after the request is approved. Failure to provide this information may delay your request.

Policy Exclusions

Refunds will not be granted for requests made after the 14-day eligibility period has expired, or if significant portions of the course have been consumed. All mentorship sessions, live workshops, and "Founders" package services are non-refundable. We reserve the right to deny any refund request if we suspect fraudulent activity or a violation of our terms of service, such as the sharing of account credentials.
